Getting To The Heart Of The Matter Through Mediation & Personal Coaching
Family Mediation
What is mediation? Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution method with an impartial person helping the parties find a solution to their disagreement. It's common for Family Court to require the parties to participate in a minimum of two hours of Mediation before a hearing can be set. The process is designed to assist both parties in reaching a mutually acceptable and satisfying agreement in a collaborative manner. We as Mediators have no power to decide your disputed issues, rather we guide you through a conflict resolution process that includes individual and joint consultations to identify the issues in dispute and reviewing relevant personal documents, independent evidence, and third-party interviews if necessary. Mediation can be done in person or online in a virtual meeting that includes breakout rooms to separate the parties. After a resolution is determined, the mutually acceptable Agreements signed by the parties are admissible in court.
Mediation Fees: $150/hour per party

We specialize in Family Mediation. We believe family is where we should find unconditional love and support regardless of the structure of our unit - broken, blended or intact. We believe family should be a sanctuary of understanding, acceptance and protection. We shouldn't always have to agree, but we should always strive to listen, respect, defend and love one another. We believe family is what should be there for us when everything else fades away. That said, we understand that what we believe doesn't matter when you're in the heat of battle. Just know that our goal is to help you get to the heart of the matter and lead you to a peaceful resolution to your conflict.
Whether you're modifying court orders, dealing with difficult decisions impacting your children or facing hard choices regarding aging parents, we can help guide you through the process to reach a good and mutually beneficial agreement.
