Think about the times when you would have loved to have been able to get immediate advice about a situation but you didn't have anyone to call or even know who you should call. No matter how old you are, some of you may call your parents for wisdom about a predicament you find yourself in at work or with your landlord. Maybe you need encouragement and coaching to find a job. Some of you may be lucky enough to have an attorney in the family that you call about hypothetical scenarios or for legal advice. For those of you who have neither of these resources, and perhaps none at all, we're here to change that for you.
For a nominal fee you can put us on retainer, so to speak. We won't put you on a wait list. We won't make you fill out endless paperwork. If we're not able to answer your question immediately, we'll do some research and call you back. **This service in no way establishes an attorney-client relationship and we'll tell you if we think you should retain one.** We simply want you to experience the benefit of being a member of our family.

Many individuals turn to these organizations for help with a range of problems, including housing issues, unemployment, and family, legal or financial difficulties. This complex mix of challenges strains nonprofit resources, making it difficult for staff to address each client’s needs fully and effectively. With limited funding, time, and manpower, nonprofits often struggle to provide the level of care required, leading to burnout among staff and a risk that clients' issues may not be addressed in a timely or comprehensive manner. More support and resources are crucial to alleviating this burden.
