Lobbyist

A lobbyist is a professional advocate who seeks to influence government policies or legislation on behalf of a specific group, organization, or industry. Our job in this role is to represent the interests of our clients—whether businesses, nonprofit organizations, or advocacy groups—by persuading lawmakers, regulatory agencies, and other decision-makers to support or oppose particular policies. We offer two types of lobbying: Traditional and Nontraditional. Our nontraditional lobbying is uniquely designed to represent local groups like tenants of a housing complex or employees of a business to seek policy changes that are relevant and beneficial to only that small group and pertaining only to a specific situation, as opposed to seeking a change in the law.

Traditional Lobbyist

Traditional lobbying involves direct communication and interaction with policymakers, such as legislators or government officials to influence their decisions or policies in favor of a particular interest or group. Lobbying is targeted and specific in its approach, aiming to directly influence those in power, and consists of various activities including researching policy issues, drafting legislation, meeting with officials, and testifying at government hearings. We are proponents of extremely limited government in Colorado at every level of government; thereby, maximizing free will for all Coloradans. Let us know how we can represent you.

Nontraditional Lobbyist

Our nontraditional lobbying is targeted and specific in its approach to help small, local groups in a specific setting. Nontraditional lobbying is neither advocacy nor activism by definition. It is also not grassroots lobbying. It is uniquely designed to persuade an organization to change their policy or policies at the request of a relevant group like tenants of a housing complex, employees of a business or residents of an assisted living community. Let us know how we can help you accomplish the group's goal.
